Guilford College recognizes and celebrates the generosity of our donors through a series of Giving Societies. Each one reflects the values of our community and honors the individuals whose support helps sustain and strengthen the College for generations to come.
President's Circle
Minimum Gift: $1,837 per fiscal year
The President’s Circle honors individual donors who make cumulative gifts of $1,837 or more during a single fiscal year, providing essential support that empowers Guilford College to fulfill its educational mission.
Recognition Levels:
– President’s Circle: $1,837–$9,999
– New Garden Society: $10,000–$49,999
– Nathan Hunt Society: $50,000–$99,999
– Founders Circle: $100,000–$999,999
– Inner Light Society: $1,000,000+

Francis T. King Society
Recognizes individuals who include Guilford College in their estate plans and have shared their intentions with the College.

Tulip Poplar Society
Recognizes donors who have made gifts for three or more consecutive fiscal years. These loyal supporters provide stability and growth for Guilford College’s mission.
Like the tulip poplar trees that grace our campus, these donors help the College thrive year after year.
Quaker Club
Supports annual giving to Guilford Athletics. Contributions may be directed to specific teams or to the general Quaker Club fund.
